These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the BhumiSetu mobile application, website, and related services.
By creating an account or using BhumiSetu, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility

BhumiSetu is not a government authority and does not certify ownership or legal title.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

BhumiSetu Premium is available through:
- Google Play Billing
- Apple In-App Purchases
Subscription benefits continue while your subscription remains active.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the respective app store.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Reverse engineer the application
- Upload malicious software
- Upload illegal content
- Use automated scraping tools
- Interfere with platform security
9. Account Suspension
BhumiSetu may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraud
- Abuse
- Illegal activity
- Violation of these Terms
10. Limitation of Liability
BhumiSetu is provided "as is".
We do not guarantee:

- Error-free operation
- Legal validity of uploaded property documents
Users remain responsible for verifying all property-related information.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts located in Muzaffarpur, Bihar shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
