Account Deletion Policy

Users may permanently delete their BhumiSetu account directly from the mobile application.

Navigate to:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

After confirmation:

• Your profile will be deleted.
• Property sharing permissions will be revoked.
• Family sharing access will be removed.
• Active sessions will end.
• Notifications will stop.

Uploaded documents and images will be scheduled for deletion from active systems.

Some encrypted backups may temporarily retain data for disaster recovery purposes before automatic deletion.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

If you subscribed through:

Certain records such as transaction history and financial records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.

Once deletion is completed, it cannot be reversed.

Users wishing to use BhumiSetu again must create a new account.
